Lisa Meyerhofer is a one-of-a-kind ballet teacher and dancer.
At the age of 17, Lisa was accepted in the professional program at The Royal Winnipeg Ballet. From there, she was scouted by The Alberta Ballet Company and became a professional with the company. Lisa performed such roles as Head Snowflake, Grandmama, Chinese, Spanish, and Waltz in the Nutcracker, Head Mazurka Girl, Irish Doll in Coppelia, and many many more.
When Lisa retired from her performing career, she created the Meyerhofer Academy Of Dancing which she owned and operated for 35 years. Her dancers have gone on to perform on National Tours, perform on Broadway, Cirque De Soleil, Celine Dion Vegas Show, 42nd Street Asia Tour, Joffrey Ballet, La La La Human Steps, and various cruise ships. Her students have also been accepted into many professional dance programs around the world.
Lisa is a trained teacher with the Royal Academy Of Dancing. She is a unique RAD teacher, because she can teach both the new and old RAD syllabus. She is known for having students who highly excel in their ballet exams and is an extremely respected teacher and adjudicator.
